- Take the 3rd right onto Co Rd 51/Pole Creek Drive into The Fairways at Pole Creek
From Denver International Airport (DEN)
- Take ramp on to Pena Blvd
- Head west on I-70W
- Take exit 232 to merge onto US-40W toward Empire Granby
