As Big as all outdoors with lot sizes to match

Certainly, you do not need to be a golfer to love living at The Fairways at Pole Creek.  The Winter Park region is a four-season festival of outdoor activity.

Skiing & Snowboarding

Twenty minutes away is the expansive Winter Park Ski Resort for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. Expert skiing at Berthoud Pass is only 32 minutes away and the family oriented Granby Ranch ski resort is only 12 minutes away. The Winter Park resort features 3,000 acres of award-winning terrain, spread over five mountains offering an incredible variety of trails. Winter Park Resort is BIG. Combine this with over 3,000 feet of vertical and 30 feet of snow annually and you have the makings of a great ski experience whatever terrain you desire. Steeps, Bumps, Groomers, Deeps, Terrain Parks – it’s all here for your skiing adventures. Skiing Magazine ranks the Mary Jane area No. 1 in mogul skiing in North America. The US Freestyle Mogul Team knows all about Mary Jane and her phenomenal bumps and has trained there often in preperation for the Olympics.

Cross-country skiing & Snow-shoeing

Nearby are hundreds of miles of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails that include vast areas of public lands, the YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, and Devil’s Thumb Ranch. Further, you can cross-country ski and snowshoe right here in the neighborhood as the Pole Creek Golf Course cart paths as groomed in winter.

Golf

The Fairways at Pole Creek surrounds the magnificent 27-hole Pole Creek golf course designed by Gary Player and Dennis Griffiths. Playing through this beautiful rolling terrain, along forested fairways with a sweeping 360 degrees of mountain panorama as your backdrop, you are in a setting of which most people only dream. The course itself has been highly acclaimed by the golfing community and it has received numerous awards and editorial plaudits. Daily fees are remarkably low for a mountain resort location and there is no initiation fee – just great golf, endless mountain vistas, and daily sunshine that lights your way into the early evening. As a property owner, you’ll have the exclusive right to use your own golf cart. But even on the days that you choose not to play, this course and its fabulous setting will add to your well-being. There is delicious dining available at the club house on the flower-bedecked outdoor terrace in the Summer and fire-side dining inside during the Winter months.

“In golf heaven, every hole must be like the new 27th hole at Pole Creek Golf Club.”   Denver Post
